  My experiences playing football has taught me the importance of working in a team.   Teamwork in order to achieve an objective is extremely crucial.   However, being a great teammate is more than this.   Being a good teammate is not just helping people, but also helping them when they're struggling.   Also, it means being trustworthy and accountable.   This is among the most essential lessons I have learned during my time playing football.   How can I apply these lessons to improve my life? The first thing is that football helps you develop the importance of perseverance.   Even in tough times and you're not able to keep going, you have to stay to it.   The team spirit you build in the field can be extremely valuable in the workplace in which being a good teammate is vital to success.   Football also helps you deal with failing.   There is no one who would want to be a part of a team that loses however, learning to appreciate the efforts of the team losing helps you deal with
